Auditor

External auditors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting for a term of four years. Grant Thornton Sweden AB, with chief supervising auditor Peter Bodin, is elected as the company’s auditor until the 2011 AGM. Grant Thornton has been the company’s auditor since 2002.
