Dividend Policy

The Sectra Board of Directors' basic premise is that the dividend should strike a balance between the desire for a direct return and the Company's need for capital for growth and international expansion. In the long term the Board intends for an average of 15 - 20% of the profit after tax to be distributed to the shareholders.
