Road direction
From J14 M1
- Leave the M1 at junction 14 and take the exit signposted Milton Keynes onto H6 (Child’s Way).
- Continue straight down H6 until you reach the Grafton roundabout at the junction with V6. Go straight across this roundabout following sign for Knowlhill.
- You will pass Homebase on your left hand side and cross over the A5 bridge. Then take the next left into Davy Avenue, signposted Knowlhill.
- Finally, take the first left into Seebeck Place (not currently signposted). Proceed to the end of Seebeck Place and follow the road round to the right; Baird House is on your right hand side. Visitor parking is available at the front of the building.
From the A5 North
- Leave the A5 at the junction for MK Centre and the National Hockey Stadium. Take the first exit onto H5 (Portway).
- Proceed along Portway moving into the right hand lane and take the third exit onto V6 (Grafton Street).
- Continue straight over the traffic lights and across two roundabouts. At the third roundabout take the third exit onto H6 (Childs Way), signposted Knowlhill.
- You will pass Homebase on your left hand side and cross over the A5 bridge. Then take the next left into Davy Avenue, signposted Knowlhill.
- Finally, take the first left into Seebeck Place (not currently signposted). Proceed to the end of Seebeck Place and follow the road round to the right; Baird House is on your right hand side. Visitor parking is available at the front of the building.
From the A5 South
- Leave the A5 at the junction for The National Bowl. Take the exit onto V6 Grafton Street and continue over the first roundabout.
- At the second roundabout take the first exit onto H7 (Chaffron Way). Cross over the bridge (over A5) and then take the next right into Davy Avenue.
- Continue along Davy Avenue and take the fifth right hand turning into Seebeck Place, opposite the Parcel Force building. (NB. If you reach the T-junction you have gone too far!) Proceed to the end of Seebeck Place and follow the road round to the right; Baird House is on your right hand side. Visitor parking is available at the front of the building.
From the Station
We would advise that you take a taxi from the station as it is a bit too far to walk to the office. However please do bring the directions above with you as our local taxi drivers are not all familiar with this location.
