Instructions for
membership application
To apply for membership in the Sectra Clinical Solutions Network™ ("CSN™"), please:
- Fill in all information required in the Application Form
- Carefully read through the:
- See too that a person/persons authorized to sign for the company sign(s) the CSN™ Agreement
- Send the signed Application Form as well as two signed copies of the CSN™ Agreement, a copy of the General Terms and Conditions for Software License and a copy of the Program Befits for Commercial Developers, to Sectra Imtec on the address stated below
Sectra Imtec will review your application and if you are accepted as a Member, we will send you a confirmation of acceptance, a signed copy of the CSN™ Agreement, together with more information about your benefits as a CSN™ Member.
You will be a Member of the CSN™ Program from the date of Sectra's signing of the CSN™ Agreement.
Please note:
As a Member you are bound by the CSN™ Agreement as well as our General Terms and Conditions for Software License. It is therefore important that you read through these documents carefully before you apply for membership.
