The IDS5/web is a workstation designed for secure result distribution throughout the enterprise. Referring clinics are able to review their patients at a direct interface into the PACS, choosing individual search criteria. IDS5/web displays presentations to the referring clinician, as the radiologist prepared them. IDS5/web is designed to work over a low bandwidth connection and can be deployed both inside the enterprise as well as at remote clinics.
