Facad® is a very powerful, flexible and easy-to-use Windows-based program for orthodontics and maxillofacial surgery. Facad can be used for visual diagnostic imaging, tracing and cephalometric analysis, as well as for treatment simulation with surgery prediction. The digitized x-ray image can either be a scanned x-ray film or a digital x-ray image file in JPEG, TIFF, BMP or DICOM format. Facad is also designed to receive patient data and images from other programs used as patient journal systems or PACS, and to interface with digital x-ray imaging systems.
Facad is available as an integrated plug-in program with Sectra IDS5. The application can be accessed quickly by a right click in the image window.
