Sectra LiteView

Sectra LiteView™ improves your service to referring physicians by providing them with mobile access to images and related information on iPads as well as on common web viewers.  Such full flexibility as to where and when to view images and reports enhances distribution of radiology results, and helps to make swift and accurate decisions. As LiteView easily is launched via thumbnails from an EMR, HIS or other systems, usability is further enhanced.

Apart from the obvious benefits of safely and securely accessing images and information regardless of location, LiteView is a perfect tool for bedside communication with visual aid. Bringing images to the discussions will help improve the patient’s understanding of planned procedures and procedure outcomes thereby enhancing quality of care.

Liteview has been so positive that I have been forced to add it to our standard push out to all IPad's for physicians and nurse practitioners. I cannot keep up with the individual requests anymore.

Safe and secure

LiteView is part of the existing Sectra PACS infrastructure, which ensures that it complies with the same high standards for safety, security and availability as the regular workstation. No patient data is cached on clients and secure protocols are used for communication which ensures safe and secure information handling. The need to burn images and data on CDs for distribution is reduced which saves costs and facilitates keeping audit trails intact.

Cost-efficient deployment

LiteView is designed for cost-efficient deployment and easy scale out. As it is a part of Sectra PACS, no extra attention for upgrades, integration and user administration is required. LiteView is operated with an intuitive touch interface, allowing users to search for patients, read requests and reports and interact with images.
